The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The rooms were not replenished with coffee and sugar for the first two days, but they were clean. Despite being located near a funfair that was quite noisy on weekends, the balcony offered a nice touch.

The service, ranging from the front desk folks to the wait staff, was pleasant, but there were moments of rudeness and unhelpfulness. The location, perfect for visiting Etna and wineries, although looking over the sea was not to our liking. The dining experience was very basic, with a bit of poor quality. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
